Job Description

Administrative Duties:



Manage general office operations including correspondence, filing, supplies, and record keeping. Draft, review, and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other documents. Maintain and update company databases, and confidential records. Assist with meeting preparations, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, PA, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage) Detail-oriented in handling administrative matters Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills Proactive and willing to learn Positive working attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
