Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Good command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge/experience in Autocount System is an added advantage.
• Able to work under tight deadline.
• Microsoft knowledge (Excel & Word).
• Basic computer skills on data input and system access.
• Possess good interpersonal, communications and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support in all aspect of sales operations.
• Handle customers Purchase Orders, create Sales Orders, and issue Invoices/bills accurately.
• Acknowledge orders, monitor and manage all customer change requests and update the system accordingly.
• Verify all returns/rejection and issuance of Credit Note on time.
• On time filing and tracking of all Proof of Deliveries together with PO/So/Invoice.
• Inputting information into spreadsheets or databases.
• To undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the company.
