Position : Admin Executive Location : Petaling Jaya Selatan Salary : RM 2,300 - RM 3,500Working Hours : Monday - Friday
The main purpose of this role is to ensure shipping and freight Forwarding matters / processes is sustained for smooth operations.
Job Scope - To drive, follow up and expedite both import and export activities including custom clearance, shipping document preparation and permit application- Responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other related pertaining to inventory- Perform all assigned logistical task accurately which include timely processing of goods loading, un-loading, receiving, issuing, labelling, sorting, picking & repacking.- Coordinates the delivery and pick up schedule- Request related documents from HQ for product retrieval and stock management- Monitor performances, develop plans to improve the delivery and supply performance as well as all plan logistic processes and implement measures for improvement- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency, with consistent reporting- Produce monthly inventory level and movement report- Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements - At least min 1 years of experience in inventory and logistics management will be considered- Computer literate - mandatory- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Able to work independently with minimal supervision- Keen attention to details and able to multitask- Excellent time management skills and ability to priorities work- Proficient in MS OfficeD
