JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain close rapport and cordial working relationship with clients and ensuring the service provided is high quality and professional standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and timely submission of tenders for Portal Rasmi ePerolehan Kerajaan Malaysia and others private companies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare invoice to clients including debit notes and credit notes timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage processes and prepare documents related to foreign worker security guards employment permit such as permit application,transfer and endorsement, permit cancellation,checkout memo and FOMEMA medical. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining files & organizing company records. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support superior in managing day to day security operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage and responsible for effectiveness of all security personnel on daily security operation (e.g. warehouse security, movement of goods & loss prevention activities). \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct other general security, administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in administration job specifically in Security Services Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be independent with strong willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask, strong in organizational & administrative skills and can work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work over time and travel to on-site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Added advantage if have knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 COMPANY Security and investigation activities 50-250 employees Selangor - Petaling Jaya - 46150 PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICES TO ALL KIND OF PREMISES AND ALSO PERSONAL PROTECTIONS.
