Job Description


1) Compile all bills and staff claims and forward them to the Account for payment. 2) Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, courier arrangement and preparation of documents, and simple inventory management. 3) Sourcing and arranging worker accommodations and transport. 4) Update and calculate the worker wages. 5) Liaise and ensure lorry delivery meet the project schedule, on time, with the right quantity, and quality of goods in accordance with specifications. 6) Administer the purchasing functions and keep proper documentation and records to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s business processes.
