Performing data entry Issue and verify quotations, purchase order, delivery order, invoices, credit note, debit note, payment vouchers Perform day to day operation of accounting and financial activities Develope and carry out efficient documentation and filing system Any other report and works as requested by company from time to time Answering incoming calls; taking messages as required General office management such as ordering stationery and supplies Maintain contact lists Handle banking matters Keep track of appointments Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level in any field. Candidate must be self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Excel & Words.
