Job Responsibilities:



Office administration

Oversee general office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. Maintain and organize physical and digital office records, ensuring easy accessibility. Procure office supplies, equipment, and services as required. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and minutes. Prepare and coordinate reports, documentation for internal and external purposes. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate operational needs. Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for staffs. Coordinate daily meal ordering for staff, monitor budget, record meal expenses, conduct restaurant and staff preferences survey and ensure timely invoice processing. Company's vehicle management for general, includes petrol, road tax, insurance, repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with office policies, processes, and document control protocols.
Worker/Staff hostel management

Act as the main liaison for all matters related to staff accommodations including conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards. Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, or maintenance contractors for hostel repairs and improvements. Monitor occupancy, utilities usage, and hostel inventories. Manage foreign workers/employees dormitory arrangements, room assignments, and maintenance coordination.
Administration support

Support company events, trainings, and other staff activities. Assist into coordinating HR-related tasks, such as arranging employee records, includes foreign workers documentation. Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. At least 1 year of manufacturing working experience in HR and administrative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

Mandarin & English
