. The successful candidate will assist in managing academic program administration, student records, and faculty coordination to support the effective delivery of programs across the university.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the coordination and administration of academic programs.
Assist in preparing timetables, class schedules, and course registration processes.
Maintain and update student records, program files, and official documentation.
Liaise with faculty members to ensure accurate data on courses, attendance, and assessments.
Provide administrative support for meetings, briefings, and student activities.
Ensure all academic operations align with university regulations and policies.
Assist in managing communication between students, lecturers, and registry staff.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Registry Office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or any relevant field.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
