Tanggungjawab
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls or messages from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Prepare tenancy agreement and other related forms
  • Handle tenant\'s feedback and complaint
  • Able to do online posting and reply to enquiries
  • Issue payment voucher and invoices
  • And other relevant tasks
