  • Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and resolve issues related to administrative functions
  • Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements
  • Monitor documents dispatch and received
  • Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
