Requirements
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum SPM
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as a team
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties and documentation
Manage data entry, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
Prepare reports and support management tasks
Assist in office administration and logistics
