Monitor and update pricing, availability, and restrictions across all OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, TikTok Travel, etc.) to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Adjust daily rates based on demand, seasonality, market trends, competitor pricing, and unit performance.
Review booking patterns and identify opportunities for upselling, promotions, and targeted discounts.
Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and optimised -- including photos, descriptions, amenities, and house rules.
Track platform performance and analyse data such as occupancy rate, ADR, revenue, lead time, and booking sources.
Coordinate with Operations and Housekeeping teams to ensure unit readiness, prevent overbooking, and manage blocked dates.
Monitor competitor listings and market conditions to stay competitive in pricing and visibility.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain excellent communication with OTA account managers to resolve listing issues, maximise exposure, and participate in campaigns.
Support the management team with revenue forecasts, budget planning, and pricing strategy recommendations.
