JOB SUMMARY
Candidate will be responsible for assisting general administrative tasks and system support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Perform administrative task, reporting and assisting management for smooth operational.
2. Assist managers to gather data for analysis and do monitoring.
3. Arrange and conduct meeting for further discussion with call center agent and Team Leader.
4. Key person to monitor and maintain documentation up to date in call center to avoid overlook and missing files.
5. Required to assign outbound agent to perform call back upon request and provide analysis.
6. Monitoring and troubleshooting notebook, connection, VPN, and systems of all remote staff when having problem.
7. Compile and analysis update from managers for further reference and forecasting.
8. Work closely with other department for any request and enquiries required.
9. Escalating to relevant team such as infra and opt for any issue related.
10. Join meetings with vendors Celcom, TM, Mlabs to gather update and resolution.
JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)
1. Basic knowledge in IT management and able to provide technical support like troubleshoot the reported issue received from the team.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong reporting and analysis skills.
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

QUALIFICATION
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Telco, IT & administrative background.
3. Knowledge in IPPABX.
