We\'re searching for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to bolster our sales and business operations. In this role, you\'ll be the linchpin for ensuring seamless day-to-day activities while also taking charge of coordinating impactful training initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage client vendor registration and maintain the client procurement portal, ensuring a seamless experience. Act as a liaison between clients and trainers, ensuring smooth training/course delivery. Oversee HRDC matters, including grant applications, HRDC document management, and claims processing. Handle office supplies and inventory, maintaining availability and restocking when necessary. Process software orders, manage activation and renewal tasks post-sale, and maintain software documentation while tracking progress. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Provide support with essential administrative tasks as required. QUALIFICATIONS Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, in Business Administration or equivalent. 2 years experience in Administrative. Attention to detail and good time-management skills. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people in English. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Independent, proactive, and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication Added advantage: if experienced in sales administration, event and training coordination, project management, scheduling software and documentation system, HRDC grant application, and claims.
