Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the Business Development department, including managing schedules, arranging internal meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for contracts, proposals, and reports, and liaise with other departments such as Production, Finance, HR, and Procurement to gather required data or documentation.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review, and consolidate data from sales, production, and marketing teams to support business analysis.
Draft presentations, proposals, and internal updates for the Head of Business Development, and track progress of ongoing projects, customer orders, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in organizing internal meetings, project briefings, and review sessions, as well as following up on action items decided during meetings and updating the Head of Business Development accordingly.
Support inter-department communication to ensure information accuracy and timely task completion.
Support market research and competitor analysis by compiling and summarizing relevant data.
Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, or client documentation as required.
Help coordinate visits by clients, auditors, or regulatory bodies related to the Business Development function.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development.
