Job Description


  • Manage general office administrative tasks, clerical duties, and office support activities.
  • Prepare correspondences including letters and memo for offices.
  • Effective communications with office stakeholders
  • Record and process all financial and accounting practices into accounting system, and generate financial documents
  • Maintain good document flow control between offices
  • Keeping documents and records systematically and in good and safe order
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on all treasury, statutory and compliance matters
