Job Description


  • Has at least 1-3 years of experience in NGO or corporate administration department
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia and have good writing skills
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Ability to plan, execute and work with a team. Good communication skills
  • Need to work on Saturday, Sunday and certain public holidays
Responsibilities
  • Prepare official documents and letters, provide copywriting/speech materials, and organize meeting minutes
  • Maintaining internal database and ensuring that filling is up to date
  • Assist in handling various official correspondence and documents with the relevant government authorities
  • Assist, support and coordinate with the organizing committee to ensure the smooth running of event
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned
