Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in education, communication, or related fields.
Experience
Preferably 1-2 years in administration, customer service, or sales and marketing.
Fresh graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Tamil.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (an advantage).

Edit and upload teachers' notes to Google Drive.
Prepare and upload Zoom/Google Meet class links to the admin panel.
Upload class recordings to the admin panel and ensure timely updates.
Manage and update class timetables on WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
Customer Service
Respond to parent inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Handle student registration and guide parents on upgrading packages.
Follow up with parents on subscription renewals and pending payments.
Manage feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
