Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations at ITG Machinery Sdn Bhd.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Familiarity with office management software and equipment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • SPM/'O' Level certification required.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members, optimizing time management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
