Scope of Work:
Administration:
Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities.
Providing support to other departments and managers.
Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
Ensure clean office environment.
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
Coordinate internally with technical, finance, operations, and management teams to obtain necessary inputs.
Involves in preparing tender process.
Prepare and update all administrative documents (SSM, company certificates, financial statements, company profile).
Collect technical and commercial information from relevant departments.
Managing office supplies, upkeep & maintenance.
