Job Description


  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Both English and BM)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
  • Salary : RM3,500 - RM4,500 with Min 4-5 years of experiences
Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. This includes managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. (photocopy machine, water, stationery, pantry, courier, office service maintenance, cleaner & others)
  • Managing staff insurance and medical benefits; to ensure employees receive the coverage they need
  • Coordinate the vendor registration process from start to finish. Collect necessary documentation, forms, and information from vendors.
  • Review staff\'s claims and advances
  • To manage booking hotel, flight and transportation as needed.
  • Review expiration dates, office renewal certificates requirements, and any changes that may be needed for the upcoming renewal.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • To prepare monthly attendance reports and minutes meeting accurately and on timely manner.
  • To monitor and ensure sufficient stock level maintained at all times.
  • Ensure accuracy in stock tagging, packing & delivery
  • To ensure stock movement are promptly and efficiently updated.
  • To conduct monthly stock take to minimize shrinkage.
  • To perform other responsibilities as and when assigned.
