EITA Resources Berhad acquired a 60% stake in TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd (TSC) on 2016. TSC is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking the talents to join our project team.

Why this role?



As the Administration Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely management of the project administrative & logistics support task.

What will you be doing?



Administration:



Receiving & verifying of Purchase Requests (PRF) from requestors for management approvals EXACT system data entry of approved PRF's, generation of PO's & scanned storage of Quotations, PRF's and PO's Monitor materials and construction cost for ongoing projects Recording and acknowledging incoming and outgoing documents Circulation of documents for management approval signing & filing of completed approvals Ensure proper filling of project documentation, managing central master files & field office records Prepare invoice claims, submission to client and monitor the collection of payment from client Check supplier and subcontractor's invoices and ensure complete required supporting documents are enclosed in invoice Coordinate with finance in Letter of Credit requests, bank application/approval and circulation Coordinate with finance regarding payment related matters, BG, invoices and project cost Assist project to procure project insurances ie CAR and WC policies and renewal Logistic coordination of imported goods, material and product shipment deliveries and marine cargo insurances Arranging of local transporation requirement of goods and materials for project sites Any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time

Are you the one?



Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Possess at least 1-2 years of experience

in supply chain, administration and operation preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Strong experience in procurement, logistic and imported goods customs clearance procedures Proficient in MS Office Suite and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
