Preferably candidate possess at least Diploma / bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree of Project
Management / Business Administration / Real Estate Management / Property Management or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 year & above of relevant working experience especially in real estate industry.
Languages requirement: English, Bahasa Melaysia, Mandarin.
Scopes:
To handle any new company branches\xe2\x80\x99 setup activities including facilities purchase order, furniture installation and maintenance requests.
To liaise or search new quotation for any facilities or renovations activities that required by the new company branches / project assigned.
To follow up with relevant parties such as contractors / designers / internal staffs for the progress of the specific projects assigned or new branches\xe2\x80\x99 matters.
To provide project updates / branches setup progress on consistent basis to the management.
To negotiate with any potential vendors for property details and on-boarding them with our company services.
To act as a coordinator with potential tenants / clients to understand their requirements and requests for filling the vendors\xe2\x80\x99 vacant units.
