s: 1. Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations 2. Manage office supplies and bills 3. Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders 4. Organise and file daily documents 5. Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: 1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Science or equivalent 2. Preferably candidates with 2/3 years of working experience in related field 3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint 4. High attention to detail, be very organized, independent, and proactive 5. Fluency in English, strong communication and presentation skill 6. Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate Benefits: 1.
