Assist the Senior Business Management Manager in handling daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Prepare, draft, and format official letters, memos, reports, and other business correspondence.
Maintain and organize company documents, records, and reports (physical and digital).
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Support in monitoring project timelines and business documentation.
Marketing Support
Assist in preparing marketing materials, quotations, and proposals related to business development projects.
Support in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional events.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for marketing-related requirements.
Help maintain and update product and marketing databases.
General Office Support
Manage basic office administrative duties (supplies, courier, filing, etc.).
Handle internal and external communications professionally.
Provide general support during management meetings or product events.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administration or marketing support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good writing skills and ability to draft professional letters.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
