Job Description



Assist in daily administrative tasks for Gateway operations. Handle shipment documentation, inbound/outbound reports, and data entry. Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth gateway processes. Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly gateway reports. Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative coordination. Ensure proper filing and record keeping for all gateway-related documents.

Job Requirements



Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Experience in logistics/courier gateway operations is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
