Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing department's related documentations. - Perform all administration tasks. - Handling coordination work in particulars department. - Maintain efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records. - Handle basic correspondences, emails, documentation, and follow-up functions. - Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
