Assist with daily administrative tasks and office management.
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning and document distribution.
Assist in managing office supplies, mail and deliveries
Handle financial transactions, records, documentations and basic accounting.
Support management with scheduling, correspondence and office coordination.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM; Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in an administrative or finance role.
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,250.00 per month
