Job Description

Admin and Finance Officer



Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, administrative systems, and office management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Duties



Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Process invoices, payments and reimbursements. Monitor cash flow, banking operations and petty cash. Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors, vendors and financial institutions.

Administrative Duties



Oversee office operations, procurement and supply management. Manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships. Handle staff recruitment processes, onboarding and HR records. Maintain office facilities, equipment and IT/administrative systems. Organize meetings, travel and logistics for staff. Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented. Support senior management in strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills



2 years in finance and administration roles Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
