We're now looking for a

full-time Admin & Front Desk Executive

to be the "face" of the space - the person who keeps everything organised and makes clients feel taken care of from the moment they step in.

What You'll Be Doing

Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet clients warmly and handle check-ins, appointments, and payments Make clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their visit Answer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram in a friendly, professional tone

Scheduling & Coordination

Manage daily booking schedules Coordinate between the lash team and cafe team so the day runs smoothly Help handle last-minute changes, reschedules, and simple problem-solving

Admin & Operations

Maintain client records, basic cash register records, and simple reports Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with suppliers/vendors Support simple admin or social media tasks when needed Keep the front desk and waiting area neat, organised, and "on-brand"

Bonus (not a must):

Experience in admin, front desk, retail, F&B, clinic, salon, or customer service Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
(Training will be provided - attitude is more important than experience.)

Working Hours

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

(includes 1-hour break)

5.5 days per week

with rotational off days Location:

Salary & Incentives

Basic Salary:

RM1,800 - RM2,200 per month (depending on experience)

Performance Incentives:

No MC / No Lateness Incentive:

Up to RM600 per year

Loyalty Incentive:

Up to RM600 per year
