About the Role



We are a Lash beauty studio in Bangsar looking for a full-time Appointment & Front Desk Executive.

You will be the main person in charge of appointments, front-desk experience, WhatsApp client messages, check-ins and payments at our Bangsar outlet.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Appointment Setting & Scheduling

Handle all appointments, rescheduling and cancellations using our booking system (Setmore). Respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Send appointment reminders and follow up on late or missed appointments. Coordinate booking slots between lash technicians so the schedule runs smoothly.
2. Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet clients warmly when they arrive and guide them through check-in and waiting. Ensure the reception area is neat, organised, and "photo-ready" at all times. Answer questions about services, prices, promotions and waiting time. Handle simple client feedback on the spot and escalate issues to management when needed.
3. Payments

Check and

verify payments accurately

(online transfer, QR pay, etc.) and record them. Assist with basic daily records: appointments log, payments log, simple reports for management. Support admin tasks such as updating client details and filing documents.
Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years experience in customer service / front desk / hotel reception / clinic / salon environment. Comfortable handling appointments and scheduling Strong WhatsApp and phone communication skills - you know how to reply clearly, politely and professionally. Able to speak and write in English. Tech-savvy: able to use booking apps, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive / Sheets, setmore appointment system. Comfortable working on weekends (with one weekly off day). Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience in a beauty, salon, clinic, spa, or cafe environment. Experience handling collecting online payments.

Additional Information:



Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5.5 days a week. Must be able to work

weekends
