Admin Fulfillment Assistant

Job Description

Key in and update data in the system/database. Record and update order status (rejected, returned, etc.). Handle orders and updates from TikTok Seller platform. Assist with packing and preparing customer orders. Count and monitor stock regularly to ensure inventory accuracy. Prepare daily or weekly reports related to orders and stock. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:



Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, e-commerce systems, etc.) are an advantage.
