Scheduling: Schedule meetings, events, and travel for executives
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Travel: Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
Facilities: Support new recruits with facilities and assets
Coordination: Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments
Leadership: Provide leadership support and cross-train other executive assistants
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor / manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
