Requirements:
Minimum SPM /Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years working experiences handling admin or clerical tasks.
Able to handle all admin tasks like staffs training, staffs leaves and attendance, update summary, petty cash, Invoices, DO, company cars, utilities and others admin related as assigned by superior.
Basic Computer knowledge (Ms Office, email)
Proactive, fast learner, Punctuality, Hardworking and willing to learn.
Able to work independently.
Can write and speak well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to drive own car to work.
Able to give short period of notice or can work immediately.
Office hours: Mon to Fri ( 8:30am to 6pm)
Location: Pasir Gudang, JB
