Monitor Attendance records and partialy on payroll.
Handling Foreign Workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance, etc.
Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, building, etc.
Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services.
Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control.
Provide administration support to the day to day operations of HR & Admin Dept.
Employee welfare arrangement (annual dinner event & occasional, etc).
Any related tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Sijil Pertengahan Malaysia or Diploma.
At least 1 year experience in related field, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
