Job Title: Admin & HR Executive Location: Near PWTC LRT / Hybrid & Work from home : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admin & HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative and human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of our company. Main Duties : - Oversee daily administrative tasks, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. - Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll processing. - Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution. - Coordinate training and development programs for employees. - Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Provide general support to employees and managers on HR-related issues. - Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Qualifications : - Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in administrative and HR roles. - Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
