Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and organize office documents, records, and filing systems
Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
Source and evaluate vendors or suppliers for best pricing and quality
Internal events support
Basic HR functions (e.g. on-boarding, attendance tracking and leave management)
Manage administrative projects or ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
