Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage utilities accounts and ensure timely payments to avoid service interruptions. Oversee the renewal of road tax and coordinate with site personnel to arrange Puspakom test. Monitor and maintain accurate asset records, including asset tagging and updates. Maintain staff accommodation records and prepare updated reports on a monthly basis. Maintain and update the company car user list and generate monthly usage reports. Update company car fuel usage and odometer readings reports on a monthly basis. Coordinate with service vendors for the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires Manage and process work pass applications, renewals and cancellation for non-local employees Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (leaves, attendance) Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and company guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
