Job Description

Responsible for administrative tasks, performing data entry, screen incoming phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing documentations, arranging interviews.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in

Human Resource Management

,

Business Administration

,

Management

, or related fields. Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage. Good organisation and time-management skills. Ability to handle filing, data entry & documentation accurately. Strong attention to detail. Able to communicate clearly in

Bahasa Malaysia & English

. Comfortable interacting with staff and external parties. Proficient in

Google Workspace (

Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiar with email etiquette and basic digital tools. Basic understanding of

Recruitment process.

Responsible, trustworthy & able to maintain confidentiality. Positive working attitude. Eager to learn and take initiative. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willing to assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management. Preferred living in Johor. Possess own transport. Malaysian Citizenship only.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
