Objectives of the Position
To recalculate and validate contractor attendance records for PMA Plant and Site using Access360 data, ensuring alignment with invoicing and delivery documentation submitted to BASF.
Main Responsibilities:
Time Sheet Recalculation:

• Recalculate individual contractor attendance records from January 2024 to current month (or as specified by BASF).
• Use Access360 attendance data to verify time sheets submitted by contractor companies.

Data Reconciliation & Analysis:

• Compare contractor invoices and delivery orders against Access360 data.
• Identify discrepancies between claimed hours and actual attendance.
• Prepare monthly summaries highlighting gaps or inconsistencies.

Reporting:

• Generate detailed reports using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Present findings in a clear, structured format for HR and Finance review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in scientific area or Business Administration
• Working Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in handling and managing large datasets using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant platforms.
• Ability to perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data trends and patterns.
• Experience in visualizing data through charts, dashboards, or reporting tools to support operational and strategic decisions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with basic statistical methods and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of data governance and confidentiality practices when handling sensitive information.
• Additionally, candidates with certifications in data forensic and analysis will be considered as having an added advantage.
