We are an Interior Design company looking for a responsible and well-organized
Admin
to support daily office and project operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage documents such as quotation, invoice, PO, DO and project files
Assist project team with administrative support
Record expenses, payments and basic accounting records
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
Handle calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries
Update project schedules and filing system
Perform general office administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (Admin / Business / Interior Design is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
Good communication skills
Experience in Interior Design / Construction industry is an advantage
