As an Admin Intern in our Claims team, you'll play a key role in keeping things organized, supporting internal teams, and helping customers with their inquiries. If you enjoy solving problems, staying on top of tasks, and working with people, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow!

What You'll Do:



Support Daily Operations:

Help manage documents, requests, and follow-ups to keep everything running smoothly.

Coordinate with Teams:

Collaborate with various departments and branches to gather any missing information and ensure timely updates.

Assist Customers:

Welcome walk-in visitors and intermediaries, respond to inquiries, and help resolve complaints with a positive attitude.

Follow Procedures:

Make sure all tasks follow company guidelines and are completed accurately.

Test & Improve:

Participate in testing new systems or updates and share your feedback to help improve processes.

Take Initiative:

Jump in to support other tasks and projects as needed

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS

:

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Clear and friendly communication. Able to multitask and work with different teams. Proactive and eager to solve problems. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Basic computer skills Friendly and approachable personality.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,050.00 per month

Work Location: In person
