Assist in performing wide range of administrative duties to support and facilitate the operation of the company.
Assist in monitoring stocks of office stationery or supplies and arrange purchases with procurement.
Assist in handling and monitoring proper filing system for all documents.
Assist onboarding and registration of new staff.
Assist other HR functions (ie: recruitment, performance, operation).
Undertake assignments and ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by superior/management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Office Management / Administration or any relevant field.
Good in verbal and written Malay and English language.
Good communicator and correspondence skill.
Self-motivated and a great team player.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
