What will you be doing?

Centralize, maintain and manage all project documents and correspondence in an orderly and systematic manner. Responsible for filing Purchase Orders (PO) and other project related documents accurately and timely manner. Monitor and maintain records of material and asset usage. Perform documenting task to record and update data and documentation as required. Perform other responsibilities and duties which assigned from time to time from immediate superior.

Currently pursuing a degree in Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying and related course. Final Year Students with CGPA 3.0 and above are welcoming to apply for this position. Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words. Possess own vehicle and is willing to work at Subang Jaya.
