Job Summary



We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Administration Intern

to support our daily administrative operations for a period estimately three (3) months. The ideal candidate should be a

fast learner

, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping. Assist in maintaining proper documentation for records. Provide support for any ongoing projects or assignments as directed by the supervisor. Ensure documents and information are accurately updated and well organized. Handle day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements



Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

Fast learner

with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks or systems.

Organized and detail-oriented

, with strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Preferably someone who able to speak in Mandarin. Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
