This role is responsible for handling purchasing, inventory tracking, and ensuring all required items are ordered, delivered on time, and properly recorded to support smooth daily operations. Main Job Responsibilities: Handle ordering and purchasing of ingredients, packaging, equipment, and supplies Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of items Perform inventory checking, stock monitoring, and record updates Ensure stock levels are sufficient to support daily operations and upcoming events Follow up on delivery schedules, discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items Maintain accurate inventory and purchase records Support kitchen, operations, and event teams with stock-related needs Assist with basic administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and reporting Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO) for food and non-food items Any other ad-hoc duties related to operations and inventory management Manfaat
