Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist in preparing and organizing office documents, letters, and reports. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Support daily office operations, including maintaining stationery and office supplies. Assist in record keeping and updating simple databases or spreadsheets. Provide basic administrative support to departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.). Handle visitor inquiries and assist with office errands when required.

Skills Required:



Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email). Good communication and organizational skills. Able to follow instructions and work under supervision. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
