Job Description

We're looking for an

Admin Assistant

who's organized, creative, and passionate about social media & marketing! If you enjoy keeping things in order while creating engaging online content -- this is for you!

Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks (calls, emails, filing, scheduling). Maintain office organization and assist with general operations. Support counselors and management in documentation and student follow-ups. Manage and update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Assist in creating engaging content, captions, and visuals for campaigns. Support digital marketing activities including lead generation and data entry. Help track social media engagement and prepare simple reports.

Requirements:



SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Good communication

Tamil

, English or Bahasa Malaysia. Creative, organized, and able to multitask. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
