Check and enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.
Check data for completeness and accuracy.
Perform data retrieval as requested.
Keep data confidential and adhere to security guidelines.
Assist with other administrative tasks if required.
Organize and file financial documents and streamline accounting processes.
Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management
To prepare project documentation as per customer requirement and submit within expected dateline
To ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
To follow up closely with manufacturers for documents to be submitted as per contract timeline
To perform ad-hoc assignments if required
