Administrative Assistant Basic salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 Location: Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri Working hour: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Process HRDCorp claims and other forms of paperwork
  • Create posters and other marketing materials
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
  • Manage and organize company files and documents
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Canva
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
